Check a company in the Croatian business register

To complement verifications in the VIES system, VATify.eu verifies Croatian companies in the official business register (Sudski registar). With the use of the official registers, VATify.eu bypasses the common unavailability of VIES.

VATify.eu verifies status, title, address, VAT and registration number, legal status and valid VAT rates. Data on tax debt and unpaid salaries is retrieved from the Croatian tax authority.

Notification samples

When a change with a particular company is noted, a notification with registered changes will be sent to you. Once per week, VATify.eu sends a status report(XLSX file) with all available data on companies you are tracking.

Unique company identifier

Companies in Croatia are issued with a registration number (OIB) upon formation and registering in the official register and the VAT ID (PIB) when registering for VAT.

VATify.eu checks companies using the VAT ID in the registers of the tax authority and the VIES system. Here is a list of valid number formats:
