Free trial (30 days)
This trial is for automated daily monitoring.
Data retrieval and processing happen when providers' systems are under less load (e.g. at night). Company data will first become available after approximately 24—48 hours.
If you just need information about some companies as soon as possible, and without monitoring, use VATify.eu Express instead (free test is available).
However, our regular monitoring subscription comes with Express credits included. Every day, 30—500 Express checks can be made for free, depending on your subscription plan.
No commitment. Trial ends after 30 days, with no hidden costs or other obligations. No credit card needed.
Your email is your ID. There are no usernames, passwords or security questions. Just enter your email address and provide VAT / ID numbers of companies to monitor.
How does it work?
- VATify.eu monitors company information by sourcing it at various providers on a daily basis, immediately detecting whether anything about any company has changed.
- You receive weekly status reports, containing all of the data available on the companies being monitored (MS Excel file).
- If (and only if) any change has occurred about any of the companies, an alert notice is sent to you within the next 24 hours. All alerts come in a single daily email.
How to enter VAT / ID numbers?
One VAT / ID number and corresponding country per line, separated by a
semicolon. For example:
IT12345678901; Italy 12345678; Montenegro NL123456789B02; Holland 987654321; Iceland SI12345678; Slovenia GB123456789; Great Britain CHE-123.456.789; Switzerland
Country codes (eg. IT, SI, DE, HU, CHE) can be used instead of country names. You can skip country names or codes if the VAT / ID number starts with one (eg. IT12345678901).
A <tab> can be used instead of the semicolon. This comes in handy when pasting directly from spreadsheet software.
