Data on Moldovan companies is retrieved from the Moldovan tax authority (Serviciul Fiscal de Stat).
Data regarding companies registered in The Administrative-Territorial Units of the Left Bank of the Dniester (Unitățile Administrativ-Teritoriale din stînga Nistrului - Transnistria, Административно-территориальные единицы левобережья Днестра - Приднестровья, Автономне територіальне утворення з особливим правовим статусом Придністров'я ) can be limited.
The data consists of the company status, title, address, contact person, date and registration number, business sector and valid VAT rates.
Even though Moldova is part of the EU Eastern Partnership, data on companies from Moldova is not available on VIES.Use VATify.eu to verify Moldovan VAT IDs:
Notification samples
When a change with a particular company is noted, a notification with registered changes will be sent to you. Once per week, VATify.eu sends a status report(XLSX file) with all available data on companies you are tracking.
Unique company identifier
There are two types of unique identifiers used to identify a company in Moldova:
the Fiscal number (Cod Fiscal),
the VAT ID (Numarul de inregistrare TVA).
VATify.eu checks companies using the Fiscal number. Here is a list of valid number formats:
